Ministry of Health, Action Plan for Successful Aging 2023, August 13, 2024
Our vision is to have quality palliative care for everyone.
We aim to fulfil our mission to be the collective voice of the palliative care community to advance public understanding and champion for quality palliative care services.
With an aging population, demand for palliative care will increase. It is imperative that we enhance access, improve services and accelerate building capabilities and capacities.
Your support will help:
| Sector-wide improvement in quality of services and service delivery | |
| Efforts in enhancing patients’ and families’ accessibility to palliative and hospice care | |
| Engagement and development of healthcare professionals | |
| Development of community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness and understanding of palliative care |
