SHC Sundown Walk: Every Step Counts

As our 30th anniversary celebrations draw to a close, we warmly invite you to join us at the finale, SHC Sundown Walk: Every Step Counts, a two-night commemorative walk of about 100km across Singapore to honour 30 years of caring together by SHC and all its Member Organisations.

The walk will journey through 30 checkpoints, connecting all 27 SHC Member Organisations, in a shared display of solidarity and appreciation for the contributions made over the years. In commemorating this milestone, we also hope to raise $30,000 to support SHC’s ongoing work in strengthening palliative care across Singapore.
